從體育教學活動發生條件看,體育教師的職業特性主要表現為:職業對象的復雜性與能動性,職業目的的教育性與健康性,職業內容操作性與個體性,職業手段的"身體工具性"與生成性,職業場景的開放性與不確定性。同時以這些特性為立足點,對體育教師專業化進行思考,認為體育教師專業化不僅是個體素質專業化,而且是職業走向專業化。
From the perspective of physical education teaching activity occurring conditions, physical education teachers’ occupational characteristics mainly show as follows: occupational objects’ complexity and motivation, occupational purposes’ education and health nature, occupational contents’ operability and individuality, occupational means’ "body instrumentality" and generativity, occupational scenes’ openness and uncertainty. In the mean time, based on these characteristics, the authors rethought physical education teacher professionalization, and put forward several inspirations for promoting physical education teacher professionalization, such as that physical education teacher professionalization not only is individual quality professionalization, but also should go from occupation to professionalization, etc.
