公共圖書館社會教育的跨界合作是多主體參與的系統,文章將行動者網絡理論引入公共圖書館社會教育跨界合作研究,構建公共圖書館社會教育跨界合作行動者網絡。采用網站調查法調研國家圖書館和31個省級公共圖書館的社會教育現狀,識別公共圖書館社會教育跨界合作中的行動者。通過專家訪談法了解社會教育跨界合作情況,明確核心行動者與強制通行點,了解各行動者的障礙與利益,探討如何吸引各行動者參與合作,最終構建公共圖書館社會教育跨界合作的行動者網絡。

Cross-sector collaboration on social education in public libraries involves multiple stakeholders. Byintroducing the actor-network theory,this paper builds an actor-network for such collaboration. Website surveymethod is used to investigate those social education activities offered by the National Library of China and 31 provincial public libraries. Expert interview method is then used to obtain information of real-life situation,identify principal actors and obligatory passage points,analyze the challenges and interests of each actor,andexplore how to attract actors to participate in the network. Finally,an actor-network is built for cross-sectorcollaboration on public education in public libraries.
