Bisu language does not have abundant measure words,especially the special ones,but a lot of nouns are used as measure words. This paper analyzed and discussed the categories,origin and the development laws of noun-measure words and action-measure words,to find out the origin and development of Bisu measure words by analyzing the special and combined measure words.
