盡管廣西民族鄉人民調解各項工作取得了新的發展成就，但基于民族鄉多方面的特定原因，當前面臨著諸多阻礙人民調解工作開展的現實困境。逐步推行人民調解的社會化和職業化，為人民調解經費的落實建立法律責任制度，進一步廓清山林權界以明晰權屬，創新法制宣傳教育方式，加大對人民調解員的綜合培訓，是破解當前民族鄉人民調解所處困境的基本對策。

Although new development have been achieved in the works of people’s mediation of ethnic township of Guangxi,there exist many predicaments blocking the work of people’s mediation because of various special elements related to ethnic townships. The basic strategies to resolve the current problems arising from people’s mediation in ethnic township are to pursue socialization and professionalism of people’s mediation in ethnic township gradually,to build legal responsibility system for the implementation of funds of people’s mediation,to further clear-out boundaries of the entitlement of forest,to innovate the ways of legal education and legal publicity and to train mediators comprehensively
