少數民族傳統生計能夠促進少數民族諸多集體人權和個人人權的實現,因此國際人權法將其納入了保護范圍之內。綜合分析現有的與少數民族傳統生計相關的國際人權法律文書后發現,少數民族傳統生計的人權實現途徑主要有四種:土地權保障、發展權保障、自決權保障和文化權保障。

The traditional livelihoods of national minorities can promote their human rights’ realization, so the international human rights law include them into the scope of protection. By analyzing the existing instruments of international human right law,we can find that national minorities’ traditional livelihoods can realize through four kinds of human rights protection which are land right,right to development,right of self-determination and cultural right.
