題名：城鄉出身與累積優勢:對高學歷勞動者的一項追蹤研究

本文研究城鄉戶籍出身的高學歷勞動者之間是否存在累積性的不平等及其具體過程機制。通過分析"首都大學生成長追蹤調查"的兩期就業數據,發現城鄉戶籍出身對高學歷勞動者工作收入的凈影響隨時間推移而擴大,而後來的差異又可以由初期工作特徵的差異--例如職位晉升機會和教育匹配情況--來解釋。用更為綜合的就業質量來代替工作收入進行分析,上述發現仍然成立。這驗證了累積優勢理論所預期的不平等"擴大效應"和"中介效應"。本文還進一步發現,高學歷勞動者中城鎮出身所帶來的累積優勢,與高等教育獲得過程中可能存在的差異關系不大,而主要來源於其他一般化家庭背景因素的影響。
