分享經濟是將資源重新分配的經濟交換系統,參與者藉由網路點對點的交換技術進行協同消費,資訊科技與網路環境的進步降低交換活動成本,皆是驅動分享經濟的崛起的原因,使社會大眾對於協同消費的態度逐漸由排斥轉為接受,同時顛覆了傳統企業經營的型態與觀念,分享經濟也從單打獨鬥漸漸形成合作的態式,進而影響到傳統經濟。
本研究使用社會交換理論與社會網絡理論詮釋分享經濟跨業合作的現象,研究內容與範圍採用觀光服務業,研究方法為多重個案研究,以內容分析分享經濟平台上服務提供者與使用者之次級資料,佐以內容分析三位旅館業專業經理人之訪談資料,比較傳統經濟與分享經濟在社會交換與社會網絡不同之現象,最後本研究依據分析結果並提出結論與實務建議。
Sharing economy is the redistribution of resources to the economic exchange system, participants through the network point-to-point exchange technology for collaborative consumption, information technology and the progress of the network environment to reduce the cost of exchange activities, which are the reasons to driven the sharing economy increase. The attitudes of the public to the collaborative consumption gradually from rejected to acceptance, while subversion of the traditional business model and the concept of sharing economy from the battle to gradually form a cooperative state, and thus affect the traditional economy.
This study uses social exchange theory and social network theory to share the phenomenon of economic cross-industry cooperation, the content focus on tourism services, research methods for multiple case studies, analysis to share economic platform, service providers and users of the secondary information, with the content analysis of the three hotel industry professional managers of the interview data, compared the traditional economy and sharing economy in the social exchange and social network theory. Finally, this study is based on the analysis of the results and conclusions and practical recommendations.
