社會創新創業與社會企業由社會組織、學術機構、政府單位與營利組織共同推動至今,已讓部分社會大眾與社會各階層單位、組織對其產生初步的認知,然要讓社會創新創業與社會企業持續發展,須讓各階層的參與單位、組織了解如何促進社會創新創業與協助社會企業發展,而這也正是本研究欲探討的主題。
本研究主要探討如何建構一套運作系統促進社會創新創業與社會企業的發展,因此本研究引用體制理論與系統理論作為發展社會創新創業促進系統的理論架構,並以專家抽樣的方式,挑選符合本研究目的之個案組織,透過個案研究法探究該組織在推動社會創新創業與協助社會企業發展之歷程,再以此歷程建構出促進系統與發展理論命題。最後,除以此促進系統說明台灣社會企業生態系統已促進社會變革的現況外,也會此促進系統置入社會創新創業流程的理論構面中,供後續研究者研究此流程參考用。
本研究成果除可提供有意願支持社會創新創業與社會企業的單位或組織投放資源的參考依據外,也可作為後續研究如何促進社會企業創新創業、社會企業生態系統發展的參考基礎。
The concepts of social innovation and social entrepreneurship have been acknowledged with society through promoting collectively by social organizations, academic institutions, government, and non-profit organizations, but only concepts is not enough to develop social enterprise. All organizations which are relative to this issue need to understand how promote social innovation and social entrepreneurship, and this is also the research purpose of this study.
The main purpose of study is how to construct a promotion system for developing social innovation and social entrepreneurship, so we quote institutional theory and general system theory to be a construct for building up a promotion system. Case Study is employed for this study, and a social organization sampled by experts has focused on developing social enterprise for almost 10 years in Taiwan. We analyze the all process which had been done by the social organization, build up a promotion system and develop propositions with these results. We also try to illustrate phenomenon of social change through operations of the promotion system. Finally, this promotion system of developing social innovation and social entrepreneurship will be embedded in the process for social entrepreneurship for future research.
The research result can be a consideration of throwing resources for developing social innovation and social entrepreneurship, and a theoretical base of future research for social enterprise ecosystem development also.
