國立中央圖書館現已更名為國家圖書館，其無論在組織運作及制度設計皆與昔日有顯著差異，本文嘗試從當代清律議題的觀點來評析我國國家圖書館的法制調整問題，並期盼圖書館事業同導們得以初步瞭解我國國家圖書館依法行政之梗概。

This article attempts to evaluate the problem of current legal issues in a national library in the hope of helping fellow librarians gain a better understanding of the rule of law at the NCL.
