     本加護中心自1999年成立以來,病人及家屬之護理指導主要經由床邊個別指導,護理人員以個人經驗口述進行,此項措施經由專案小組人員在病人及家屬調查顯示單位之護理指導滿意者只佔33.7%,故極待改進。本專案自2001年7月至2002年5月以系統理論提出改善方案,專案實施步驟,分作為準備期、執行期及評值期等三期進行。於2002年2月起共收集50位病人及家屬對護理指導之滿意度由33.7﹪提昇至80﹪,護理人員執行護理指導之完整率由50﹪提昇至98﹪。故建議以提供護理人員在職教育,並配合護理指導手冊及光碟為教具,執行完整之團體護理指導,將更能落實正確且完整執行護理指導,以提昇病人及家屬之滿意度。
     Since 1999, our intensive care unit has been established, the nursing education for the patients and their family members was predominatingly performed at the bed side, including individual instruction from the inauguration of our unit. However, the nursing education achieved only 33.7% satisfaction from the survey of patients and their families. From July, 2001 to May, 2002 we adapted a better intervention of nursing education according to the systemic theory. The project was investigated in three stages, including preparation stage, conduction stage and evaluation stage. During the 6 months project, 50 subjects were recorded. The satisfaction of patients and their families was remarkably increased from 33.7% to 80%. The achieved rate of nursing education by the nursing staff was enhanced from 50% to 98%. We suggest that the intervention be used in job training nurses by video disc or nursing handbook to instruct in team nursing education. The intervention of the project is not only applicable to performing correct nursing education, but also improving the satisfaction of patients and their families.
