題名:提昇大專教師網路教學的正向態度:認知失調論的應用與國民性格的調節

     本研究主要目的在於檢驗認知失調論應用於提昇大專教師網路教學正向態度的可行性,以及探討國民性格對於態度改變的調節作用。研究一的實驗參與者為122位對網路教學抱持非正向態度的大專教師,實驗設計採取2(高對低酬賞)× 2(集體主義者對個人主義者)的二因子受試者間設計,檢驗酬賞量與國民性格對於態度改變的交互作用。實驗結果支持研究假設,即酬賞量對於態度改變的影響會因國民性格而有不同,就個人主義者而言,低酬賞量下的態度改變量顯著大於高酬賞量的情況;然而就集體主義者而言,酬賞量高低對於態度改變量的影響並不顯著。研究二採用調查法進行相關性研究,參與者為92位已經從事過網路教學的大專教師,主要目的在於檢驗影響態度改變的外在辯解因子(包括獎勵、承諾程度、後果的責任、努力或代價投入程度、自由決定)與網路教學態度之間的關係。部份相關分析指出獎勵滿意、努力或代價投入程度、自由決定程度等三個因子與網路教學態度有顯著正相關。向前選擇模式的多元迴歸分析亦支持此三者為網路教學態度的顯著預測變項。進一步的多元區別分析則指出獎勵滿意、努力或代價投入程度以及自由決定程度能夠有效區辨網路教學態度的正向組與負向組。綜合研究發現,提昇大專教師對於網路教學的正向態度可循三種途徑:在適量酬賞下得到可接受的滿意度,提高教師對於網路教學所投入代價或努力的自覺,以及避免剝奪決定是否投入網路教學的自由意志。
