本研究旨在探討長榮大學學生之休閒運動參與態度。以長榮大學387位學生為研究樣本，所得資料以描述性統計、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及因數分析等統計方法處理資料。本研究主要結果如下： 一、長榮大學學生在休閒運動態度之因素構面可分為五個項目，其依序如下：競爭與勝利的追求、運動功能取向、調整情緒取向、提昇自我取向、追求刺激取向。 二、長榮大學學生在休閒運動整體態度上傾向積極正面的態度，在運動態度層面上較傾向以提昇自我取向為主，其他依序為運動功能取向、調整情緒取向、競爭與勝利的追求、追求刺激取向。 三、不同性別之運動態度，男生在「整體運動態度」、「競爭與勝利的追求」、「運動功能取向」、「追求刺激取向」上較女生傾向正面；不同年齡、過去就學期間學業平均成績經單因子變異數分析結果顯示並無顯著差異；過去就學期間體育平均成績在整體運動態度、競爭與勝利的追求、調整情緒取向上達顯著差異；不同社團經驗在整體運動態度、運動功能取向、調整情緒取向、提昇自我取向上達顯著差異；父親態度在運動功能取向達顯著差異；母親態度則在各運動態度因素構面上未達顯著差異。

The purpose of the study was to explore the college students' behaviors in recreational sport participation attitude of the Chang Jung Christian University students. Taking 387 students of Chang Jung Christian University as subjects. Statistical analyses including descriptive statistics, average, standard deviation, t-tests one-way ANOVA and factor analysis techniques were used for data analyses. The main findings of this study were showed as followings: 一、The students of Chang Jung Christian University on factor of construction in recreational sport attitude may divide into six items in turn as follows: the competition and the victory pursuing orientation, the sport functional orientation, the emotion adjustment orientation, the self promotion orientation, the artistic esthetic sense orientation, the stimulus pursuing orientation. 二、The students of Chang Jung Christian University tend to active and positive attitude on overall recreational sport attitude, comparatively prefer self promotion on the sport attitude, others in order for the sport functional orientation, the artistic esthetic sense orientation, the stimulus pursuing orientation. 三、The different sex students of Chang Jung Christian University: the boy students more prefer “the overall sports attitude”, “the competition and the victory pursuing orientation”, “the sport functional orientation”, “the stimulus pursuing orientation” than the girl students, however the girl students more prefer “the artistic ethetic sense orientation” than the boy students. 四、The analysis of one-way ANOVA showed there were no significant differences between different age on each sport attitude construction. 五、The analysis of one-way ANOVA showed there were no significant differences in the past semester average results on each sport attitude construction. 六、The past semester, sport average results in the overall sport attitude, the competition and the victory pursuing orientation and the emotion adjustment orientation was reach significant difference. As the sport average results change, the students will change their attitude to recreational sport. 七、The different mass organization experience in the overall sport attitude, the sport functional orientation, the emotion adjustment orientation and the self promotion orientation was reach significant difference in the subject analysis. 八、Father's attitude on the sport functional orientation was reach the significant difference, but mother's attitude on each construction of sport attitude was no significant difference.
