當代臺灣傳統詩壇相較於日治時期固然顯得沈寂，但實則衍流不絕。傳統詩的推廣認知與教學，除了正統教育體系有所觸及之外，民間社團長期以來的組織運作，是一道不容忽視的力量。文學社團的經營，實則是集體文學意志與群體文學／文化活動的延續性經營，創作的產出與傳播的互動具有同等的重要性。 觀察當代臺灣民間傳統詩學社團中，創立於民國66年（1977）的彰化縣詩學研究協會（以下簡稱「彰詩會」），以其長期活力並拓展薪火相傳的詩學社教而引人注意。其致力以傳統詩歌的寫作、研究與推廣為主要宗旨與活動型態，迄今已屆三十年，實屬難得，足可作為臺灣後光復時代、傳統詩學傳揚的一個斷面表徵，也是臺灣民間推廣傳統語文的一個代表性組織，值得探究。 本文以彰詩會為個案實例，在踏實統整其歷史經驗的基礎下，瀏覽其經營發展模式，同時透過傳播學「五W」的模式，來檢視該會的社團經營之道，以得見其聞的利弊所在。希望藉以考察臺灣光復之後以迄當代、已逐漸偏離主流的傳統詩社團，其經營推展的一個面相，區別於日治時期的詩社經營，在當今臺灣推展傳統詩學社團經營上，作為未來展望的一個參考與借鑑；並嘗試進一步在實務認知基礎上，檢討當代傳統詩社現代化的侷限性與可能性。

The extension educations about Chinese classical poetry include two ways, one is school, and the other is civic organization. The best one of the Chinese classical poetry organization in the present age in Taiwan is The Research Society of Poetry in Chang-Hula. It starts in 1977 and makes efforts at social education. During 30 years, those members devote to write and research and extend in Chinese classical poetry and Taiwan language. After recovering Taiwan, the Chinese classical poetry has not the main literature. But The Research Society of Poetry in Chang-Hula is still vitality by many activities until now, include writing, reciting, educating--and so on. Than we can say it is one of substitutes of civic organizations in Chinese classical poetry and Taiwan language. This writing tries to take a new observation about operating the classical poetry club in the present age of Taiwan, and for example The Research Society of Poetry in Chang-Hula. I do my best to collect any data about this organization, than to discuss by 「Five W」 of the dissemination theorist. What is 「Five W」? They are Who - Say what - In which channel - To whom - With which effects. By the way, I want to observe two subjects about Chinese classical poetry organization in the present age in Taiwan. The one is how to operate; the other is how to modernize.
