摘 要 我國的綠建築評估系統經政府多年的推廣,已逐步落實於國內建築設計。在綠建築設計中,「基 地保水指標」係針對基地開發設置保水設施,以增加雨水入滲及減少流到下游之逕流,期望藉此指 標能改善因基地開發而破壞的水文生態環境。然而基地保水設施包括之方法甚廣,諸如:滲透管溝、 雨水貯集系統、透水鋪面、入滲池等,不同設施其保水機制、應用方式及保水效果皆不同,且目前 偏向單一設施之規劃。故在所設定之基地保水量下,這些設施應如何選取、配置係一重要之課題。 對此,目前相關的整體配置規劃原則仍顯不足。因此本文將彙整相關保水產品,分析其應用條件、 保水機制,最後提出基地保水設施整體配置規劃流程,以提供未來綠建築設計之應用參考。
ABSTRACT In the rating system of green building, water retention indicator is one of nine indicators. The purpose of this indicator is to examine and maintain the water retention capacity between pre- and post-development at the construction site. Water retention facilities include various methods such as: infiltration pipe, infiltration gutter, porous pavement, ecological pond, and infiltration pond. Each method has its requirements, water retention efficient and ways of construction. For the selected method, hydrological and geological conditions will determine the efficiency of water retention. Therefore, for the specific amount of water retention, the selection and allocation of water retention methods at a construction site becomes major issue for architectures and designers. At present, most of the design works for water retention facility is for one single method and the selected site. But integrated design for water retention facilities principles, tools; and planning techniques are absent till now. The purpose of this research is to establish the planning techniques for integrated design of water retention facilities. This information will be provided as the database and reference for manufacturers who are interested in developing water retention products for promoting green building and green material policies.
