閒置空間與再利用結合，透過策略的詮釋重新賦予閒置空間成爲有機體，即順應時空的背景，也就掌握自然脈絡而產生多元經濟的效益，同樣透過有機體共識的觀點，由多元質性分析與空間規劃設計的詮譯，也可發現閒置潛在的價值與發展的空間，進而提供國立虎尾科技大學校園克服半閒置景觀餐廳空間的問題。校園閒置再利用實務面首要著手了解校園景觀餐廳空間於週邊環境互動的情形，可發現產生價值差異問題的所在，主動深入分析消費主體校園學生與景觀餐廳間互動的關連性，萃取強烈互動關聯元素嵌入於景觀餐廳重新規劃設計的主要起始動力，這些整體規劃設計過程包含問卷萃取核心價值、關聯屬性分析與建構、核心價值轉植的推演與規劃設計。也藉由問卷分析後設計形塑景觀餐廳成爲有主題類型的餐廳，推演建構爲福爾摩沙人間仙境的主題餐廳，這主軸於餐廳外部空間改造之設計導入青山綠水多元的元素，使餐廳外部空間更合於主題的發展，總之這些設計不僅趨使恢復校園景觀餐廳活化的功能，亦提供餐廳經營者較不一樣的思考方向。

The slack space to be reused with the strategic interpretation it would become to be an organism which it followed the trend as time background, it could develop a great diversity of economic value from grasping the natural regularity. As the similar viewpoint through forming the identity of the organism, as well as the analysis of the quality and the transcription of the spatial design, the idealism transformed into practical resolution it would provide to conquer the problem of the semi-slack landscape restaurant in National Formosa university. From the beginning of the practical slack space reused it should survey to find the different interaction of the variation and value between the restaurant and its surrounding, then the result of the analysis discovered some relation and interactive situation they could apply the revolutionary redesign to initiate the active power for the semi-slack restaurant. About mentioned process it concluded to follow as deducing the core value of the questionnaire, the interactive connection and reconstruction of the attribute analysis, and the interpretation of the valuable core transformation for the redesign. Moreover, the questionnaire value provided to design idea and how to remodel for the shape of the landscape restaurant become to be a stylish and topical space. As well, the idea deduces for the Formosa world like fairyland to construct the redesign of the landscape restaurant, the redesign process inducts beautiful scenery from the element of the blue sky and ocean to carry on the exterior space transformation and being in harmony with the subject development. In brief, this redesign not only outset activation for the restoration of the landscape restaurant in the campus, also provides the operator the alternative ponder direction constructively.
