由於RFID在圖書借閱和管理自動化上的應用優勢， RFID開始在全球圖書館中廣為應用，在國內各類型圖書館也受到此趨勢影響，起而效尤。本文首先簡介RFID技術的原理與國外主要應用RFID圖書館的狀況，其次以臺北市立圖書館為例，分析其運用RFID技術建置智慧型圖書館管理模式後，藉由品質管理手法，檢視當前應用上的困境，提出改善對策並進而建立標準化作業，最後對未來RFID圖書晶片能因應實務上需求持續精進的方向提出建議。

Thanks to the advantage by adopting RFID on the automation of borrowing and managing library collection, libraries around the world are widely employing and expanding RFID. Taiwan has never absent from technique facility improvement, libraries in Taiwan get a great deal of benefits for utilizing RFID. This article first introduces the status of libraries in foreign countries that had employed RFID technology, followed by describing the application standard of RFID using the Taipei Public Library as an example; ending with a proposal of development prospect of RFID to fulfilling the practical requests in the future.
