"The Book of Songs" is one of China's earliest poetry collections, containing a three-part content-Feng, Ya, Song. Among the 15 States Songs, there's a total of 21 poems of Zheng Feng, most of which are mainly love poems between men and women. However, the previous discussions were also focused on this part with some talking about Zheng Feng's love poems, some putting emphasis on the contradiction and the exploration of the history of "sexuality of Zheng", and some providing only a single chapter of the poetry. There has been so far no researcher studying Zheng Feng's poetry as a whole. Therefore, this thesis will be focused on all the poems of Zheng Feng, without the patterns of the past discussions and research model, firstly analyzing its content, generalizing the theme, and then exploring the emotional characteristics of its thinking, including the "ideological innocence," rich in all kinds of emotions. What follows is the analysis of the writing skills, including the poetic sentences, the diverse and ingenious rhetorical skills, and a vivid portrait of the image with a view to providing a general and all-encompassing understanding of poems of Zheng Feng.
