年來國內圖書館正進行建築空間的興建或改造計畫，在設計規劃之初有許多細節必須藉由圖書館員與建築師共同討論與溝通，才能成功完成一個好的建築案。本文將工程進行中許多錯綜複雜的狀況，提出 12個常發生的問題及 10個雙贏策略，讓雙方經由溝通、信賴與充分的準備，共同合力完成人文與專業兼具的圖書館建築。

In recent years, many public libraries in Taiwan have been enforcing projects about building or transforming architectures’ space. There are many details at the beginning of a program, and a perfect program requires the discussion and communication between librarians and architects. In this paper, I arranged those complicated situation and proposed 12 problems which usually happened and 10 win-win strategies, hoping the two sides could complete a library building has both humanities and profession through communication, trust and well preparation.
