題名:產品生命週期內最佳維修策略與延長保固期對利潤之影響

在可維修產品市場競爭日趨激烈下,產品保證成為產品行銷的促銷手法之一,但是提供產品保證會對賣方造成額外成本,因此如何結合產品保證及適當的維修策略以獲取最大利潤成為一個重要的研究議題。在賣方提供免費基礎保固並販賣延長保固的情況下,當產品在總保固期間內發生失效時,賣方提供免費維修將產品恢復至可運作正常狀態。若產品於總保固期結束之後失效,則顧客須完全支付產品的維修費用。賣方為了降低總保固期間內的維修成本,在產品到達特定年齡門檻值時為產品實施預防保養以降低產品失效次數並減少維修成本。在此產品保證架構下,本論文將以賣方的觀點,建構產品生命週期內之總利潤模式並尋求最佳維修策略,最後以數值範例分析延長保固與最佳維修策略對利潤之影響。
