博彩業作為澳門的支柱產業，近年來發展迅速，能否實現可持續發展成為業內的關注焦點。以產業生命周期理論研究澳門博彩產業生命周期，刻劃澳門博彩產業發展的歷史階段和生命周期，提出博彩產業生命周期階段的特徵，包括產品特徵、組織特徵、市場特徵、產業結構和產業政策特徵。根據澳門博彩產業生命周期階段特徵變數，對現生命周期階段的經營戰略進行分析，提出相應的戰略定位和競爭策略。

As a pillar of the economy of Macao, the gaming sector has developed rapidly in recent years. Whether the sector could achieve a sustainable development, has become a focus of attention with the sector itself. This article provides a sketch to the historical stages and life cycles of the development of the gaming sector of Macao, including the characteristics of products, organisation, market, strucutre and policy, using the product life cycle theory. Based on the variables indentified in different life cycle stages, the operations strategies of the gaming sector are analysed, and the corresponding positioning, forms of development and strategies of competition are proposed.
