Imagery training has positive effect on sport performance and learning, the results of some theses show that imagery training has good assistance in difference sports. However, there are few studies investigate the relationship of core strength training and imagery in recent years. The purpose of study was to investigate and analysis the effects of imagery training on core strength sport. This study selected Pilates which is one of core strength sports as course content and combined imagery training. In order to help the trainers to understand the main point of the Pilates, this study proposed three main points, explained the goals of imagery training and the applications of Pilates with imagery.
