題名:不同訓練方式對籃球員下肢最大爆發力與敏捷能力之影響

本研究目的為探討不同訓練方式對大專籃球員下肢最大爆發力與敏捷能力之影響。研究中以30名大專男子籃球選手為受試者對象,並分為增強式訓練組(plyometric training group, PTG)、振動訓練組(vibration training group, VTG)與控制組(control group, CG),進行為期六周的介入訓練,並於訓練前後進行測驗。以測力板量測下肢最大力量輸出(peak power output, PPO),以光遮斷器量測30公尺衝刺速度(30 meters sprinting, 30MS)、T字敏捷性測試(T-test)。所得資料以共變數分析(Analysis of covariance, ANCOVA)與LSD法,考驗不同組別在PPO、T-test與30MS之差異性。本研究水準設為α=.05。研究結果顯示,PTG在PPO、T-test與30MS的結果中皆顯著的優於VTG與CG (p<0.001),而VTG與CG之間皆未達顯著差異 (p>0.05)。相較於震動式訓練,增強式訓練對於大專男子籃球運動員的下肢爆發力、速度與敏捷能力提升效果較好。對於短訓練周期內,要獲得良好的專項能力改善,應採用系統化且漸進式的增強式訓練課程。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different training program on maximum lower-limb power and agility of collegiate basketball athletes. Methods: In this study, thirty basketball players were recruited and divided into plyometric training group (PTG), vibration training group (VTG) and control group (CG) which were required to implement six weeks training program. All of the subjects were asked to perform three tests at pre-test and post-test including peak power output (PPO), 30 meters sprinting (30MS) and agility T-test (T-test). One-way ANCOVA and LSD post hoc tests were applied examine the difference among groups. The significant level was set at α = 0.05. Results: The results indicated that the PTG was significant superior than VTG and CG at PPO, T-test and 30MS (p < 0.001). There was no significant different between VTG and CG at all variables. Conclusion: Comparing with the vibration training, the plyometric training could enhance more benefits on lower-limb power, agility and speed of basketball players. To reach the better results on specific capabilities, the plyometric training program should be systematic and progressive.
