將圖書館學研究概括為前規範，技術規範(1)、技術規範(2)，分析了尚 未形成理論規範的原因。並對3-1個規範進行了深入的分析。結合新的社會、技 術、學術背景，提出了一種新的理論圖書館學研究規範，並概述了新規範的特徵 和內容。
