非營利組織的資金主要來自大眾的捐款，因此，如可有效提供捐款資訊，達到徵信的目的，是非營利組織的一個重要課題。募款系統電腦化是有效募款資訊的途徑，但是由於募款資訊的特性，使得募款資訊系統必須先要考慮利這些特性，才能作較順利的發展。本研究由非營利組織及其莫款系統的特性，來探討募款資訊的特性，並以慈濟基金會為個案，來分析募款資訊特性對募款資訊系統發展的影響。結果顯示，非營利組織募款資具有募款原始記金不完整、不正確比例較高等特性，而這些特性將會對募款資訊系統的發展產生顯著的影響。

Non-Profit Organization (NPO) depends on the fund-raising systems for getting resource, and takes account to the donors. Computerization of the fund-raising systems of NPO is a general proposed approach to effectively and efficiently provide information to donors. However, the facts of the failure for the computerization of NPO suggests that the characteristics of information for NPO should be considered. By analyzing the activities of the fund-raising systems for NPO, the characteristics of fund-raising information are derived. The study also takes the case of Tsz-Chi Foundation (TCF), the most famous NPO in Taiwan, to disclose the characteristics. The results show that the information sources of fund-raising systems of NPO are so incomplete and inaccuracy that the characteristics should be considered for the development of fund-raising information systems.
