     個案管理是一種共同經營模式,而臨床路徑則是個案管理的工具,經由個案管理 和臨床路徑的應用,確實可以有效減少病人的住院日數,降低醫療費用,並維持相當程度的 醫療品質。 本文特別將與個案管理和臨床路徑有關的內容,分別加以說明,相信各位讀者在閱讀之後, 一定能對個案管理和臨床路徑有初步認識。
