本研究運用羅氏適應模式，探討乳癌術後婦女的身心社會調適及相關因素，涵蓋 生理功能、自我概念、角色功能以及相互依賴等四個構面之調適。以「乳癌婦女身心社會調 適量表」測量北部三所醫院的122位乳癌婦女。本研究結果顯示：(1)乳癌術後婦女之身心 社會調適狀況呈現「輕度障礙」之程度，在各層面調適中以相互依賴調適最佳，自我概念調 適最差。(2)乳癌術後婦女最常發生的身體症狀依序為「手術側手臂發麻」、「疲倦」、「手術 部位感覺異常」。(3)乳癌術後婦女之身體症狀瓦生理功能調適、自我概念調適、角色功能調 適、相互依賴調適及整體身心社會調適各構面，均呈顯著負相關。本研究結果可引導護理人 員將護理理論與護理實務做有效連結，以提供乳癌婦女身體、心理、心靈「全人」的護理服 務。

　　　　　The purpose of this study, guided by Roy's adaptation model, was to investigate physical and psychological adjustment including physiological, self-concept, role function, and interdependence dimensions. The Bio-Psychosocial Adjustment to Illness Scale was administered to 122 women with mastectomy at outpatient departments of three hospitals in the Taipei area. The findings indicated that women with mastectomy had a mild degree of disturbance of adjustment to illness. The best adaptation dimension was interdependence, and the worst was self-concept. The physical symptoms presented among these women were arm numbness on the operation side, fatigue, and loss of sensation in the operation area. The physical symptoms were negatively related to physical and psychological adjustment, and the four dimensions of adaptation.
