村民、鄉村精英、民間組織等民間力量是村落傳統文化的守衛者,同時也是重要的文化的載體和傳承人,在村落社會經濟文化的建設中發揮重要的作用。但是隨著農村建設的進一步深化,作為政府基層組織的村民委員會在農村文化建設中的作用日益強化,甚至出現過度干預的現象。因此,在村落傳統文化的保護上,必須厘清政府和民間力量的角色定位,政府適度干預,民間力量有效作為,共同保護傳統文化,守住村民的精神家園。

Civilian force like villagers,village elites,non-governmental organizations are used to be the guarders of traditional rural culture,Also they are very important carriers and inheritors,which play an important role at the economic and cultural construction. However,with the deepening of the rural construction,local cells of the government like village Party Branch and villagers’ self governing committee are more and more powerful,even sometimes over-interfered.Therefore,for the protection of traditional culture, it is must to clarify the roles of the government people and civilian force.Government interferes modestly and civilian force participate actively,together they protect traditional culture and guard the villagers’ spiritual home.
