民族自決作為現代國際法的基本原則,曾在全球反殖民斗爭中發揮了特殊作用。在不同歷史條件下,民族自決權的內涵也相應地發生變化。分析在當今全球化語境下民族自決權的豐富內涵,闡釋民族自決權與人權、主權之間的聯系與差別,在對民族自決權進行正確解讀的基礎上批判民族分離主義行徑,對于維護多民族國家安全與穩定具有積極意義。

As one of the basic national prin ciples, self-determination has played a special role in opposing global colonialism. The definitions of national self-determination will be different in different conditions. Analyzing the legal users and conditions of national self-determination in globalization and finding the difference among national self-determination,State Sovereignty and Human Rights are useful for us to animadvert National Separatism in Taiwan based on the correctly understanding of national self-determination.
