研究通過對CNNIC(2005-2014年)的互聯網發展統計報告數據的二次分析,展現邊疆民族地區互聯網基礎資源狀況,並與東部發達地區做比較,說明邊疆民族地區網絡發展中接入溝問題、網絡區隔問題具有起因的復雜性、表現的多重性、影響的嚴重性、消除的困難性等特點,實現網絡融合,需要國家、民族地區、社會組織、少數民族群眾的共同努力。
