以清代至民國時期貴州稻作生產與消費情況為線索,厘清喀斯特石山地區稻作發展實踐,發現貴州的水稻發展雖受到地理環境的限制,但清代的"改土歸流"擴大了水田的面積,至民國時期水稻種植在貴州地區得以發展,水稻的品種多樣,種植技術實現了精耕細作,產量基本實現了區域內的自足自給。

This article aims to clarify the pr actice of rice production in the karst regions, by regarding the rice production and consumption in Guizhou Province from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China as the clue. The results shows that though the rice production in Guizhou Province was limited by the geographical conditions, it developed fast during the period of the Republic of China,because the paddy field area were expanded in Qing Dynasty which was benefit from the policy of " Bureaucratization of Native Officers". The rice varieties were diversified. Intensive cultivation was achieved. The rice production could basically sufficient the demand in the region.
