較具代表性的現有DBR教育訓練輔助教學系統,例如:AGI顧問公司的「Production the TOC Way」遊戲軟體、Chuck Gauthier教授所發表的「The Job Shop Game」,以及「The Job Shop Game」的改良版。
The management conceptions and excellence of the Drum-Buffer -Rope are widely accepted, and therefore its training courses are very popular now. The major systems of DBR training include: AGI’s game of “TOC Production Way,” Prof. Chuck Gauthier’s “The Job Shop Game,” and an already improved “The Job Shop Game.” These systems can only show fixed scenario. When applied to the DBR training of the enterprises, all of them have a common shortcoming: they cannot construct the factory’s scenario in accordance with learners’ practical needs.
In addition, after learners get familiar with DBR’s methods, they would rapidly produce a DBR prototype system in an attempt to apply this method to the factory scenario. But although the DBR systems such as OPT21 and DISASTER all have BBR’s basic function, in order to figure out the bottlenecks and buffers, we have to maintain most complicated data of Throughput Chain.
Therefore, for the aforesaid shortcomings, this paper is designed to present the model of the training system, which consists of three major subsystems. In this way, this can meet the training requirements of the industrial circle. According to this model, this paper practically makes a prototype system. Besides, this paper uses real cases as examples to explain and prove the feasibility of its ideas and scheme.
