敘事取向迴響團隊模式團體督導歷程與經驗之分析
中文摘要
本研究旨在分析以理解「敘事取向迴響團隊模式團體督導」歷程與經驗,進而探討受督者如何透過不同以往的團體督導形式,解構並改寫其諮商實務卡住問題故事,以及如何從中反思並見證彼此在諮商專業發展上的認同與實踐。本研究採用發現取向研究法,研究者實地觀察並訪問現職諮商心理師參與敘事取向迴響團隊模式團體督導之歷程與經驗。本研究之督導者為敘事取向,受督者不限理論取向。前導研究參與者11人(其中1人中途退出),正式研究參與者10人。本研究以多元方式蒐集六場次團體督導歷程資料,包括:團體督導行前書寫題綱(由督導者設計並提供)、團體督導經驗回應問卷、團體督導重要事件紀錄、簡短結構回憶訪談綱要等自編研究工具。另以「持續比較法」及「資料三角檢證」分析「團體督導三方(提案者、迴響團隊、督導者)事後簡短結構回憶訪談」文本18份,共得出925個話題、19項次類別、7項類別及3項主題。
茲臚列本研究結論如下。
一、六位提案者在敘事取向迴響團隊模式團體督導歷程中重寫其諮商實務卡住
問題故事,共浮現出「從迴響中認可自身專業表現、平行歷程體驗案主當
下狀態、系統合作促進專業角色反思、隱喻與故事裡看見生命亮點、敘事
實踐探索諮商多元觀點、互為主體觸發個人議題處理」等六項主題。
二、團體督導三方從實際體驗中發現敘事取向迴響團隊模式團體督導的獨特樣
貌,並比較其與以往參與的團體督導經驗有何異同之處,共歸納出「督導
氛圍、督導風格、督導焦點、可能限制」等四個層面。
三、團體督導三方所提及之敘事取向迴響團隊模式團體督導歷程與經驗,共浮
現出「在地多元發聲共構諮商意義、社群定義儀式深化專業實踐、貼近對
話有助於理解與共鳴」等三項主題。
四、敘事取向迴響團隊模式團體督導歷程與經驗之綜合分析結果如下。
(一)在地性運作結果有:擴展團體督導助益層面、轉移團體督導歷程焦點。
(二)意義性建構結果有:共構團體督導獨特意義、提升團體督導互動關係。
(三)跨歷程啟發結果有:建構團體督導偏好風格、觸發諮商專業認同實踐。
研究者根據上述結論,針對「督導者本身、受督者本身、團體督導實務」等向度提出具體建議共八項,即「營造安全且開放的對話空間、納入互為主體的尊重與關懷、去專家化互動且透明化分享、理解並反思在地多元文化脈絡、合作對話以共構團體督導意義、重組專業社群以見證個人實踐、善用迴響團隊模式於不同取向團體督導、融入敘事取向精神以實踐諮商專業認同」,以提供「諮商督導實務工作、未來學術研究方向」之參考與應用。

The Process and Experiences of Narrative Approach
Group Supervision with Reflecting Team Work
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to analyze and gain a full understanding of the process and experiences within six sessions of Narrative Approach Group Supervision with Reflecting Team Work. In particular, the aim was to explore how the supervisees deconstructed and re-authored the stories of obstacles to their counseling practice, and how the supervisees rethought their professional identity through a group supervision model which they were not familiar with. The pilot study in this research consisted of eleven participants (one participant dropped out halfway); participants in the formal study in this research consisted of one supervisor with narrative approach and nine supervisees with various theoretical orientations. All the participants were current counseling psychologists. Based on the discovery-oriented process research, this research used multiple methods to collect data from six sessions of group supervision, including the instruments designed by the researcher such as “Writing Outlines (provided by the supervisor), Questionnaires, Recording Lists of critical incidents in group supervision process, Questions for the Brief Structured Recall Memory Interview (BSRI). In addition, the interview data were analyzed thematically in methods of Constant Comparison Method (CCM) and Triangulation.
The conclusions of this research were as follows:
1.Six themes emerged from the participants’ responses to the story-reauthoring
of obstacles to counseling practice: (a) approving his or her own professional performance in the reflective process, (b) experiencing client’s situations in the parallel process, (c) reflecting on the professional identity through cross-system collaboration, (d) finding the bright spots in life with metaphors and stories, (e) exploring counseling multiple perspectives in narrative practice, and (f) facilitating to deal with personal issues in intersubjective relationship.
2.Four themes emerged from the participant’s responses to the unique aspects of “Narrative Approach Group Supervision with Reflecting Team Work”: (a) the atmosphere of supervision, (b) the styles of supervision, (c) the focus of supervision, and (d) the limitations of supervision.
3.Three themes emerged from the participants’ responses to the process and experiences of Narrative Approach Group Supervision with Reflecting Team Work: (a) local, multiple voices co-constructing the meaning of counseling, (b) community definitional ceremony intensifying the professional practice, and (c) empathic conversation contributing understanding and resonating with others.
4.The results of integrated comprehensive analysis on the process and experiences of Narrative Approach Group Supervision with Reflecting Team Work were as follows:
(a) The results of local application on Narrative Approach Group Supervision with Reflecting Team Work covered two aspects: (i) extending helpful aspects of group supervision, and (ii) transferring the focus of group supervision.
(b) The results of meaning construction on Narrative Approach Group Supervision with Reflecting Team Work covered two aspects: (i) co-constructing the unique meaning of group supervision, and (ii) improving interpersonal relationship in group supervision.
(c) The results of cross-session insight on Narrative Approach Group Supervision with Reflecting Team Work covered two aspects: (i) constructing preferences for group supervision style, and (ii) facilitating the practice of counseling professional identity.
Eight practical suggestions based on the results of this research will be proposed and be applied to the field of the reference for further study, and the work of counseling supervision.
