許多重大職業災害或工作意外的發生,常肇因於人為的錯誤,例如近幾年大型遊覽車相繼發生嚴重事故,究其原因,駕駛人的責任最多,如何影響員工重視並身體力行注意安全行為即為本研究目的,亦即本研究目的在探討員工的安全行為能否被組織的安全文化及主管的安全領導所影響,換言之,本研究以安全文化及安全領導為變項,來分析探討與安全行為之關聯。
本研究以客運公司司機為研究對象,探討客運公司安全文化、安全領導及安全行為之關聯,並採用問卷調查方式進行統計分析,以敘述性統計、因素分析及複迴歸分析等,來探討各變項間之關聯性。研究結果驗證,安全文化對安全領導與安全行為均能產生顯著正相關,而安全領導對安全文化與安全行為也具有正向影響,安全領導安全領導對安全行為具預測力,且對安全文化與安全行為間之關係具有顯著之中介效果。
最後,針對研究結果,本研究提出對管理實務上之建議,主管應從安全領導著手,型塑組織重視安全文化氛圍,才能提升員工個人願意重視安全行為,並將安全行為落實於實務作業中,以減少工安意外發生。

Many major occupational disasters or work accidents are often caused by human error. For example, in recent years, large-scale tour buses have suffered serious accidents. The reason is that drivers have the most responsibility, how to influence employees to pay attention to and pay attention to safety behavior. For the purpose of this study, the purpose of this study is to explore whether employees' safety behaviors can be influenced by the organization's safety culture and the safety leadership of the organization. In other words, this study uses safety culture and safety leadership as a variable to analyze and discuss. The association of behavior.
This study takes the passengers of passenger transport companies as the research object, discusses the relationship between safety culture, safety leadership and safety behavior of passenger transport companies, and uses questionnaires to conduct statistical analysis. It uses narrative statistics, factor analysis and complex regression analysis to explore the changes. The relevance of the items. The research results verify that safety culture can have a significant positive correlation between safety leadership and safety behavior, while safety leadership also has a positive impact on safety culture and safety behavior. Safety leadership safety leadership has predictive power for safety behavior, and safety culture and The relationship between safety behaviors has a significant intermediary effect.
Finally, based on the research results, this study puts forward suggestions for management practice. The supervisor should start from the safety leadership, and the modeling organization pays attention to the safety culture atmosphere, in order to enhance the individual employees' willingness to pay attention to safety behaviors, and implement the safety behaviors in practical operations. Reduce accidents in work safety.
