題名:國民小學校長科技領導對學生樂學態度影響之研究—以學校ICT運用與教師教學創新為中介變項

校長的科技領導行為、學校ICT運用、教師教學創新是影響學生樂學態度高低的重要因素。本研究旨在了解國民小學校長科技領導行為、學校ICT運用、教師教學創新與學生樂學態度的現況及關係。研究方法為文獻分析與問卷調查法。研究對象為臺灣地區國民小學教育人員,共發出1080份問卷,回收率75.09%,有效樣本共811份。問卷回收後分別以敘述統計以及結構方程模式等統計方法進行分析。
根據研究結果與分析歸納之研究結論如下:教師對於校長科技領導現況中「成員發展與訓練」中高度知覺;教師對於學校ICT運用現況中「ICT資源有效運用」中高度知覺、教師對於教師教學創新現況中「教學內容創新」中高度知覺;教師對於學生樂學態度現況中「學生對教師信任」高度知覺;國民小學校長科技領導、學校ICT運用、教師教學創新對學生樂學態度具有相互影響的關係,學校ICT運用與教師教學創新是校長科技領導與學生樂學態度的中介因素。
本研究根據以上結論,建議教育行政機關應該調整現有評鑑機制,精進科技教學績效;督導校長科技領導,促進教師教學創新與學校ICT運用,提升學生樂學態度;學校行政單位必須整合ICT科技環境,提升ICT運用能力,建置多元展能校園,提升學生認同信任;激勵教師培育創新教學素養,創新教學評量作法;強化ICT教學運用,激勵教師教學創新,提高學生學習成效。
Principals’ technology leadership, school ICT use and teacher teaching innovation are the important factors of the student academic optimism. This study aimed to investigate the current situations, circumstances, correlation and impact of elementary school principals’ technology leadership, school ICT use, teacher teaching innovation and student academic optimism. The research methods included literature review and questionnaire survey. The survey objects were elementary school educators across Taiwan area. The study issued a total of 1080 questionnaires , with the return rate of 75.09%, among which there were 811 questionnaires valid. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling.
The findings based on the results of the research are as follows, teachers are awared of the current situations of the principals’ technology leadership, the current situations of the school ICT use and the current situations of the teacher teaching innovation, and are highly awared of the current situations of the student academic optimis. It is mutually influential between the principal technology leadership , school ICT use and teacher teaching innovation to student academic optimism. School ICT use and teacher teaching innovation has the mediating effect between principals’ technology leadership and student academic optimism.
Based on the above conclusions, this study suggests that the educational administration should adjust the existing evaluation mechanisms, improve the performance of science and technology teaching; supervise the principal's scientific and technological leadership, promote the teaching innovation of teachers and the use of school ICT, and enhance the students' learning attitude; the school administrative unit must integrate the ICT technology environment to improve the use of ICT, build a multi-disciplinary campus and enhance students' identity and trust; motivate teachers to cultivate innovative teaching literacy, innovate teaching assessment practices; strengthen the use of ICT teaching, motivate teachers' teaching innovation, and improve student’s learning effectiveness.
