在全球化創新趨勢中,企業廣泛運用新科技更新作業流程、升級組織結構。智慧商務的興起,使企業在採購、行銷、製造等流程中,結合數據分析提高顧客滿意度、更精準鏈結消費族群的需求,降低營運成本與庫存量,提高效能與效率,為顧客提供更多新的價值與服務。
本研究以美妝美髮產業、健康服務產業及遊艇製造產業三大產業中的實際案例以探討大學跟企業產學合作發展模式,運用智慧商務創新技術和系統動態學電腦模型,驗證創新生態系統所建構技術創新、市場開發和商業模式創新三種動態發展過程。個案透過電腦模擬分析技術與策略決策支援系統為企業分析不同階段最適的產學合作模式及智慧商務創新技術運用方式,藉由不同程度的顧客認知來識別市場回應,找出強化創新生態系統中影響因素發展正向環路之策略以提升產學合作效益。
研究結果顯示,目前國內學術機構之學術成果多具有前瞻發展性,鼓勵學術團體投入產學合作,若能夠整合技術創新、商業模式創新和市場開發等方向之產學創新系統發展,不僅可讓研發成果更為市場接受,且可帶動學研機構技術深化產業鏈中,進而擴大產學合作之效益,達到產業技術全面升級。
Set against the backdrop of global innovation trends, firms utilize a wide range of new technologies to update their operating procedures and upgrade their organizational structures. The rise of intelligent commerce enables firms to combine data analysis in an effort to improve customer satisfaction and meet the needs of consumer groups more precisely in the processes of procurement, marketing, manufacturing, and so forth; thereby reducing operating costs and inventory levels, increasing efficacy and efficiency, and providing more new values and services to customers.
This study discusses cases of three major industries, namely, the cosmetics and hairdressing industry, the health services industry, and the yacht manufacturing industry, so as to explore the development model of industry-academic partnerships between colleges and firms, examine the utilization of innovative technologies of intelligent commerce, and verify the three dynamic development processes formed by the innovation ecosystem: technological innovation, market development, and business model innovation. The cases are examined through computer simulation to analyze the support system for technologies and strategic decisions, in an effort to understand the most suitable industry-academic partnership models and ways of utilizing technologies of intelligent commerce for firms. Moreover, market responses are identified through different degrees of customer perception to ascertain strategies to boost the development of influencing factors of the innovation ecosystem in a positive circuit, thereby improving the benefits of industry-academic partnerships.
The results indicate that most of the existing research results of academic institutions in Taiwan are forward-thinking and encourage academic communities to engage in industry-academic partnerships. If the aspects of innovation system for industry-academic partnerships can be integrated, including technological innovation, business model innovation, and market development, which can not only enable research and development results to become more acceptable in the market, but also drive the deepening of technologies developed by research institutions in the industrial chain, thereby expanding the benefits of industry-academic partnerships and achieving a wholesale upgrade of industrial technologies.
