Objective: This study aims to establish the Sexual Well-being Scale and use the scale to explore the sexual well-being of Taiwanese.

Then, 179 participants were enrolled for pre-tested the Sexual Well-Being Scales. Secondly, 615 subjects (included 90 couples) were convenience sampled to fill in the Sexual Well-Being Scales. To understand the factors that affect personal sexual well-being through difference analysis and regression analysis. And actor-partner interdependence model was used to examine the influence of partner's sexual well-being.
Results: (1) The subjective sexual well-being scale, the psychological sexual well-being scale, the sex life utility scale and the sex life desire scale had good reliability and validity (α=.966~.890). (2) Most people think that sexual well-being is the ability to fit in with their partner's sexual life, to satisfy their sexual needs, to have positive feelings, and to have a diverse, comfortable, and stress-free sexual life. (3) Partnership satisfaction is the main factor predicting subjective sexual well-being, psychological sexual well-being, and sexual well-being index (= sexual life utility / sexual life desire). (4) Partnership satisfaction has actor effect and partner effect on men's subjective sexual well-being and psychological sexual well-being; it has partner effect on men's sexual well-being index. (5) Partnership satisfaction has an actor effect on women's subjective sexual well-being and psychological sexual well-being; it has a partner effect on women's sexual well-being index.
Conclusion: The Sexual Well-Being Scales can effectively evaluate individual sexual well-being, and partnership satisfaction is an important indicator that affects the sexual well-being of men and women.
