在現代社會,知識管理的重要性日益受到重視。知識管理有二個層面,記錄性知
識管理和默會知識管理。長久以來,默會知識是被忽略的一環,即使是圖書館或資訊中心,
在蒐集資料時,也以掌握記錄性知識為主。因此,本文試圖由知識的定義、知識的含蓋範圍
為出發點,說明默會知識的重要性、知識管理的內涵,最後分析未來圖書館如何應用知識管
理論,發揮應有的功能。
Knowledge management has become one of the critical issues for public
institutions as well as private enterprises in modern knowledge society.
However, the essence of knowledge management usually is not fully understood.
For this reason, the author intends to give a complete picture about knowledge
management in this article. The author first elucidates the various difinitions
of knowledge, especially the differences between author first elucidates the various
definitions of knowledge, especially the differences between codified knowledge
and tacit knowledge. After the differentiation of knowledge, the author explores
the essence of knowledge management. Finally, the author offers her view about
the future role of libraries in the age of knowledge management.
