　　　　　哀傷（grief）是護理人員在照護病人和家屬時，最常遭遇到人性反應，但在護理的領域中有關哀傷的概念，非常的含糊不清，也缺乏一致性的看法，故本篇報告主要的目的是希望藉由概念分析的方法來幫助讀者瞭解：（1）哀傷的本質及其定義性特徵，（2）臨床上可能發生的各種情境，（3）哀傷的前提及後果，（4）實證性參考題材。依據概念分析的結果發現哀傷乃是人類對失落的正常反應，且在護理的範疇中，無論是內外科或是產兒科的病患或家屬，都曾因親人的死亡、疾病狀況或身體功能殘缺而出現哀傷的反應。故對護理人員而言，需深入了解有關哀傷的概念，才能針對個案或家屬的需求提供有效的護理措施，以協助其度過哀傷的過程。
