本文主要依據基模理論((Schema theory)及練習的變異性假說(variability of practice hypothesis)的觀點,藉由排球低手傳球、發球以及攻擊等基本動作的變異性練習範例的介紹,以傳達變異性的練習方式能有利於激發學習者使用多重認知策,並增加動作基模經驗廣度的觀念。期望透過本文能鼓勵體育運動相關從業人員,創造出變異性的練習情境,俾便達到有利於學習者動作技能學習的目的。
