     社會科學研究依其為基礎性或應用性之「研究目的」,及為邏輯演繹或體悟歸納之「知識形成」等兩個構面,可以分成邏輯實證研究、植根研究、行動研究與評鑑研究等四類研究典範;除邏輯實證典範,其餘三者在研究過程或理論建構階段,必須面對實務體驗或實務之理論意涵分析的研究挑戰;對於學術工作者遂行教學、研究與服務工作時,如有意從事「植根性理論研究」、「實作化教學設計」、「企業輔導服務」三項工作理念,採取實務性或質性研究是唯一可兼顧三者的研究典範;本文綜合行動研究的活動程序、理論與實務交互關係、及研發團隊的互動行為等研究要求,建議一項能結合教師、學生與企業經營之教學研究活動,共同探討企業現況或解決經營問題的研究流程。
     Purpose of research and formation of scientific knowledge are two basic characteristics of social science research. Basic or application research are two kinds of research purpose. Logical induction or interpretative deduction are two types of knowledge formation. According to these two dimensions, it can classify four research paradigms: logic empiricism, grounded research, action research and evaluation research. Except the empirical research, the other three will face challenges of how to understand the reality of practices, and what the theoretical implication is after practice inquiry. For the sake of an academic worker, who hope to accomplish the goal of grounded theory constructing, pragmaticalized educating design and consulting service for businesses, the practice or qualitative research is the most acceptable research paradigm which could fill the needs of practice oriented study、education and consulting. This paper has combined action research methodology activities, interaction of theory and practice, for the purpose to suggest a research process and a team centered cooperative research behavior. It hopes that this research methods could integrate studying activities of teacher、students and managers to inquire business reality, at same time to solve organizations' practice problem.
