     本研究目的是在瞭解臨床護理人員及實習護生的健康促進生活型態,並探討人口學 特性、健康概念、健康行為自我效能及自覺健康狀態等變數與健康促進生活型態的相關性。 研究方法為描述性研究,研究者利用自填式的結構性問卷進行資料的收集,以某醫學中心基 層護理人員及實習護生為研究對象,共有280位臨床護理人員及267位實習護生。統計方法 包括t-test,ANOVA及Pearson's product-moment correlation。研究結果:1.臨床護理人員與實 習護生在健康促進生活型態中得分最低的皆為運動保健方面,而實習護生組得分較高的項目 大多為人際支持發展方面,護理人員組則落在職場安全方面。2.差異性及相關分析方面兩組 人員皆以居住狀況、有無接受健康促進課程在健康促進生活型態上會有差異:而個人的健康 概念、健康行為自我效能及自覺健康狀況與健康促進生活型態有顯著相關,其中以健康行為 自我效能的相關最強。研究建議:應於工作場所及學校教育中加強健康促進課程並推展相關 活動以提升個人執行健康促進生活的意願。
     The purpose of this study was to understand the difference of health-promoting life styles among clinical nurses and student nurses. Related factors such as socialdemography, health conception, self-efficacy, and perceived health status were analyzed. A descriptive study design was chosen, and data was collected by self-reported questionnaires that include: Health-promoting lifestyle profile, Health conception scale, Self-rated abilities for health practice scale and General health perception sub-scale. The number of subjects were 547, consisting of 280 persons of clinical nurses and 267 student nurses. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics: t-test ANOVA and Pearson's product-moment correlation. Result of this study include: 1. The scores of exercise and health responsibility sub-scale were the lowest in clinical nurses and student nurses, and between them more different were the development of relationship and the safety in working place. 2. The situation of living, health-promoting lessons, personal health conception, self-efficacy of health behavior and perceived health status were variables significantly related with health-promoting life styles and the self-efficacy of health behavior, having the strongest correlation. According to this study, we suggest to enhance the program of health-promoting lessons at the working place and school.
