     隨著超媒體科技在2000年代的不斷演進,資訊設計者嘗試尋找使用這項新科技的最佳形式,以用來解決諸如使用者持緒增加、鉅量的資訊內容、以及如何維持溝通品質等的問題。以學習的範疇來觀之,超媒體實際上是根植於認知過程的科技,被預設來支援廣度思考、幫助初學者習得專家知識結構、以及為滿足使用者不同需求的相關資訊系統。然而,這個被稱為“富資訊”的科技,有時,不但無法很有效的協助使用者,形成預期中的心智模式,反常造成使用者方感錯辭的情況,阻礙了他們的表現,而引起各方不同層面的憂慮。本文造成使用者方向感錯亂的情況,阻礙了他們的表現,而引起各方不同層面的憂慮。本文將探討有關於超媒體結構問題以及個人因素等議題,藉以釐清造成這方面問題的原因。
     As hypermedia technology evolves in the 2000's, it engenders a myriad of applications. Information designers seek the most appropriate ways to use this innovative media for problems Sach as the increasing population-size, the growth of bodies of knowledge, and the quality of communicating. In the realm of learning, hypermedia is a technology rooted in the cognitive procedure. It is presumed to be an associative information system intended to promote divergent thinking, to help novice learners to acquire experts' knowledge structures, and tailored to an individual's needs. Concerns have been expressed, however, that this information-rich environment does not, by design, sufficiently help users to form the assumed mental model of the subject domain. Therefore an attendant felling of getting lost in the information space impedes the performance. To identify the causes for this problem, related structure issues for hypermedia and individual factors will be addressed and discussed in this stud.
