本研究以ArcView GIS,這個地理資訊系統的商用軟體,為系統開發與整合的主要環境,製作一個結合GIS並以類神經網路為核心的空間分析延伸模組,強化GIS現有的空間分析功能。使用者透過將Grid空間資料,轉化為空間特徵向量的多筆記錄,即可直接與包括監督性的倒傳遞網路(Back-Propagation Network, BPN),及非監督性的自組織映射圖網路(Self-Organizing Map, SOM)的類神經網路模組整合。 在案例研究中,我們選擇德基水庫的崩坍地潛視分析作為系統的測試對象,在這個研究中,我們使用類神經網路這種仿自然的方式來作分析與預測,不但證明了類神經網路可以處理這類複雜的環境預測問題,更進一步指引我們,未來在面對其他多變的環境問題,及大量的GIS資訊時,也可以利用這種技術來進行資料的探索,產生進一步有用的空間資訊。
An ArcView neural network spatial analysis extension was created to enforce the spatial analysis function in GIS and to translate GRID data into records of spatial parameter array. A neural network learns from these spatial spatial parameter arrays and spontaneously produces useful knowledge data. The neural network extension includes a Back-Propagation network used in supervised analysis and creates a Self-Organizing Map for unsupervised analysis. In a case study, we chose a watershed in De-Chi to the potential slide areas and obtained very good results. We believe this data mining technology can also been used in the cases of other environment issues for which there is plentiful GIS digital data.
