This study tried to investigate the most frequently performed and most efficient techniques (which resulted in a score) in Judo competitions of Taiwan. The data were came from the 88 yearly national games, the 89 yearly university and college games, the 89 yearly junior high school and high school games (No any data were recorded before these games) as three different level and analysed by descriptive statistics. The results were: (1).Tachi-waza (throwing techniques)-the major tchiques were uchi-mata, o-uchi-gari, o-soto-gari, seoi-nage-were the main techniques of attacking and scored in three competitions. (2).Many of scored actions were decisive actions (Ippon) in three competitions. The rate are 22.8%, 26.5%, 26% in the 88 yearly national games, the 89 yearly university and college games, the 89 yearly junior high school and high school games. (3).The rates of penalties accounted are 29.9%, 22.2%, 14.7% in the 88 yearly national games, the 89 yearly university and college games, the 89 yearly junior high school and high school games.
