Base on the literature review of previous studies and real examples, three types of knowledge integration mechanisms are created:“Individual Skill Type”, “Central Department Type”, “Team Skill Type”. The 523 questionnaires and the number of return valid questionnaires were 68 sets. The study concluded the following findings:(1)The result reveals that there is obviously influence between knowledge integration mechanisms and transfer implementation performance. The “Individual Skill Type” would have better transfer implementation performance.(2)The result reveals that there is obviously influence between knowledge transfer performance and types of innovative strategy . The “Radical Innovative Type” would have better knowledge transfer performance.(3)The result reveals that there is obviously influence between knowledge transfer performance and strategy fitness. The “Entrepreneurial Team Type”, “Radical Technologist Type”, “Radical Team-Work Type” would have better knowledge transfer performance.
