本研究旨在整合網路學習之線上測驗、個別作業以及合作學習成績，並以模糊理論為基礎，進行模糊綜合評判，其結果作為學習者是否完成單元進度之決策參考，本研究之實作平臺，以國立高雄師範大學九十年第四期資訊技術學分班「電子計算機概論」網路教學課程為例，以精熟學習理論為依據發展Web教學，進一步整合線上測驗系統，以獲取學習資訊，安排適性化教學之依據。網路學習中，學習者自我導向式學習，可提供回饋相關資訊，以促使學習者自我學習能力，進而調整學習策略。

　　　　　The purpose of this study is to use fuzzy theory to evaluate web-based learning. In this study, integrating an on-line test, individual homework and cooperation learning scores precedes comprehensive evaluation for learners on web-based courses. Based on web environment, an on-line testing system is also given to evaluate whether learners finish what they have learned. The feedbacks relating information from evaluation system can provide the learners to facilitate their self-estimation, so that learners are able to modify their own learning strategies to improve their learning efficiency.
