題名:幼童與成人體溫調節能力差異之探討

人類的生長過程包括一系列不同的發育階段,並影響體溫調節的能力。臺灣地處亞熱帶,且選手大多為在學的青少年,瞭解青少年生理變化對體溫調節能力的影響是重要的。本篇文收集相關研究來探討幼童與成人體溫調節能力的差異,結果顯示幼童於常溫環境中體溫調節能力和成人並無顯著差別,然而在熱溫環境中,幼童的調溫能力就會受到影響,而有較高的皮膚、核心溫度、皮膚血流,與較低的流汗速率與心血管系統調適能力。
