學術界對於南宋淨明道團的認識，存在著許多錯誤。本文通過對該教團經典進行深入細緻的考察，首先辨清了何真公、何守證與周真公的關係，認為何真公與何守證乃是一人，而周真公則是何真公之後的另一位淨明道團的領袖。然後，本文又以何、周二人或其師徒的話語作為參照系，對《道藏》中一些淨明道經的出世先後進行了重新考證，並在此基礎上揭示了南宋時期淨明道團曾經發生過的一次重要變革，認為：何真公時期的淨明道團多重符籙祈禳，而周真公時期的淨明道團則多重內丹養生：這種變革，乃是元代劉玉革新南宋淨明道團的先聲。

Our knowledge about the Taoist Jingming 淨明道 sect brims full of misconceptions. By thoroughly studying the scriptures of this sect to determine the relationships among He Zhengog 何真公, He Shouzheng 何守證 and Zhou Zhengong 周真公, the author believes that He Zhengong is the same personality as He Shouzheng, with Zhou Zhengong being another leader of the Jingming sect after He Zhengong. In addition, this article ascertains the periods of these scriptures anew with the teachings of He Zhengong, Zhou Zhengong or their masters and disciples as the frames of reference, thereby discovering an important transformation of the Jingming sect during the Southern Song dynasty. The author discovered that He Zhengong’s sect emphasizes rituals of invoking and fulu 符籙, and Zhou Zhengong’s sect stresses the neidan 內丹. This transformation acts as the forerunner of Liu Yu’s 劉玉 reformation of the Jingming sect during the Yuan dynasty.
