本研究請災區某大學十二名學生參與為期二天十二小時週末營形式的焦點解決團體諮商，旨在探討成員透過此團體再次面對921地震經驗，而重建其正向的生命意義。研究資料的來源包括：非參與觀察記錄、每一位成員參與團體的書面心得、團體錄影帶及錄音帶、領導者的帶領觀察記錄、成員事後追蹤訪談等，研究資料並以質性研究分析法進行分析。研究結果的呈現分為：(1)團體中地震經驗的回憶、想像與面對，包括：共同的地震經驗，促使成勇敢投入於面對個人獨特的記憶，且「如果在因為地震死掉了」活動，成為團體經驗的高峰。(2)正向生命意義重建，其向度包括：對生命的新詮釋、面對死亡、對人生的回溯與新的期許、自我的覺察與改變、與家人關係的連結與強化等。本研究討論上述發現的意義，並針對災後心理復健工作提出相關建議。

The purpose of this study was to identify how 12 college students, from the same university in the 921 earthquake destroyed area, reconstructed their positive life meaning through the process of the 12-hours solution-focused group counseling. All the process of this group counseling was video-taped and recorded by a nonpraticipant observer and the leader. Every participant was also required to write a reflection essay after the group counseling and two them were interviewed six months later. These data was analyzed by qualitative research method. The main findings were: 1).The sharing process of recalling the 921 earthquake memory encouraged these members to bravely face their personal unique experience in 921 earthquake, and “if I died because of the next earthquake” became the peak experience in this group. 2).This solution-focused group counseling was positive to the meaning reconstruction of students’ perception toward life, death, career, self and family relationships. Suggestions for the applications of psychological rehabilitation after disasters were provided.
