目的：本研究描述藥癮病犯其再施用傾向之臨床特徵。 方法：以某看守所附設勒戒所病犯，接受精神科團隊之毒品施用傾向與整體功能評估，以369名藥物濫用病患，分成高、低繼續施用毒品傾向兩組進行比較。 結果：高傾向組計138名 (37.4%)，其臨床特徵為：平均年齡大、教育程度差、購買違禁藥物的花費高、對家庭關係的滿意度差，且心理問題多。兩組個案對接受治療或心理諮商的意願都很低。 結論：被判定高施用傾向者的確存較多的心理問題，此等問題宜從司法、教育、醫療及社會各界合作解決。

　　　　　Objectives: To describe the clinical characteristics of substance abusers with higher relapse tendency in a detention center. Methods: Drug offenders confined in a detention center were included in the study. Data was collected on sociodemographic characteristics and the Addiction Severity Index Rating was assessed by a psychiatric team. Results: A total of 369 subjects were categorized into high and low relapse tendency groups . There were 138 subjects (37.4%) in the high relapse tendency group. The clinical characteristics in this group included: low education attainment, greater expense in buying the substances, poor family satisfaction, and additional mental symptoms, reported subjectively by abusers. Neither of the groups was motivated to receive psychological assistance. Conclusion: Drug abusers with higher relapse tendency had more prominent psychosocial problems that requiring multi-discipline cooperation .
